Eternal Research has announced the commercial release of the Demon Box, a new instrument that they say turns electromagnetic fields into rich, quality sound. A spokesperson told us, "After a successful Kickstarter, the Demon Box is now ready for release, with final prototypes arriving this spring and orders opening July 1. Crafted from folded aluminum and powered by a custom array of 33 inductors, the Demon Box lets artists compose with the use of everyday electronics--turning devices like phones, microwaves, and TVs into sources of sonic inspiration.
